Shipping&Delivery
We will use SF Express for delivery in Taiwan and Greater China region, including Hong Kong and Macau. Customized products will be shipped according to the production time indicated on the product page, while in-stock items will be shipped within three business days.
For international packages, we use EMS to ship from Taiwan. There may be customs fees when the items arrive in the destination country, which Round Window does not bear. If you have any questions about customs duties in your area, please contact your local customs office.

Return and Exchange Policy
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the product, after that time we will not accept.
Defective merchandise Round Window will bear the shipping cost for refund or exchange, if the return shipping cost for personal factors will be borne by the customer. Merchandise must be returned in new condition, if the goods are returned with signs of use will affect the customer's rights of subsequent returns.

We'll not return or exchange products for the following reasons
・Used products.
・The product is different from the impression.
・Products that have been scratched or damaged by the customer.
・Products that have been engraved or resized.

運輸與交貨
台灣及中港澳地區我們將使用順豐快遞進行配送。訂製產品將依照商品頁面所標示製作時間發貨，現貨商品將於三個工作天內發貨。
國際包裹使用EMS從台灣發貨，物品在抵達目的地國家時可能會有海關費用，Round Window並不負擔這些費用。如果您對所在地區的關稅有任何疑問，請聯繫當地的海關。

退換貨
請於收貨十四日內提供商品照片與我們聯繫，逾時恕不受理。
商品瑕疵Round Window將負擔運費進行退款或換貨處理，若為個人因素需退換貨運費將由客戶自行承擔。商品退回需保持全新狀態，若商品退回後有使用痕跡將影響客戶後續退換貨權益。

・商品與印象中不同
・被客戶劃傷或損壞的商品
・已雕刻或調整尺寸的商品
